Black History Month 2016 Celebration Schedule


February is Black History Month, which is observed around the world. We look forward to this month-long celebration here in Nanaimo. Nanaimo African Heritage Society is proud to present the Finale Gala Dinner and Dance featuring live entertainment, Dinner and Dance, a fashion show, art exhibits and more.

Tickets – $40.00 Children under 13: $20 Members – $5 discount.
Saturday Feb 27th at Bowen Complex 500 Bowen Road
Doors open at 5 pm for visual arts and exhibits and Dinner is served at 7pm following after will be wonderful entertainment and dancing.
Some proceeds will go to the help of the refugees.
